    I was planning an event from     … More out of town and was was a bit nervous to reserve their venue at first since I would not be seeing the venue in person. I went on their website and found their 3D tour which gave me a good understanding of the layout of the venue. Gabrielle, their event sales manager, answered all my questions and was very thorough.
    A week prior to the event, Gabrielle introduced me to Miriam, day of event coordinator, to go over timelines and BEO (Banquet Event Order). We made sure everything we needed was addressed. Gabrielle even asked to received my vendors information to make sure everything was arriving on time.
    Miriam and her team allowed me to access the venue the day before to walk the venue and take care any last minute items. To my surprise, the venue was PERFECT and was exactly what i expected. This is a testament that their team does a great job in marketing their venue with accurate information.
    On the day of the event, Miriam was great. As my wife were setting up, she continued to help us with various items such as decorations, tables, lighting, projecting our slideshow and providing us tickets (which we forgot) for our guests to receive drinks at the bar and other items that were needed. Throughout the night, Miriam continued to check on me to make sure there was not anything else I needed. I saw Miriam cleaning up some dirty plates to make sure the venue stayed clean and enjoyable for everyone.
    Our guests were also impressed with the venue and received many compliments about the location I chose.
    Overall, I highly recommend Rhythms Dance Studio Event Center. Thank you for all your help Gabrielle and Miriam. You and your staff did a great job and I would highly recommend your venue!
