Our Rhythmic Gymnastics Team blends ballet, gymnastics, and dance with enhancing flexibility, strength, and coordination while fostering artistic expression and teamwork. The Dance Company focuses on hip hop, jazz, and contemporary dance, promoting versatility, musicality, and creative expression, with an emphasis on performance skills and competitive experience. The Rising Stars team caters to younger dancers, providing foundational techniques in ballet, jazz, and hip hop, while building confidence, and social skills, and introducing them to the competitive dance world in a supportive environment. Finally, the Latin Dance Team immerses kids in the vibrant world of Latin styles such as salsa and bachata, developing rhythmic understanding, coordination, and cultural appreciation, while encouraging expressiveness and confidence in competitive settings.
