Joshua, of Puerto Rican and Salvadorean descent, has been dancing since an early age for various Las Vegas salsa companies. He has also served as director of his own dance companies.

His performances exhibit an excelled and advanced salsa footwork, body movement, and styling, which is enhanced by a natural musicality and the ability to express sincere emotion through rhythm and movement.

He has an intense passion for dance and the ability to make that enthusiasm contagious with his students.
